Question 1

What does InvexTech do?

Accepted Answer

We help businesses run better and grow with technology. That covers AI and automation, CRM and revenue systems, custom software and SaaS, marketing and lead generation, lifecycle marketing and analytics, and the consulting that decides which of those is worth doing first.

Question 2

Who do you work with?

Accepted Answer

Mostly growing businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets, disconnected tools or manual follow-up, and want systems that fit how they actually work. Our case studies include property, construction and professional service firms.

Question 3

How do we start working together?

Accepted Answer

Book a discovery call through the contact page. We talk about where things slow down, then suggest the smallest sensible next step. That is often a short discovery sprint, sometimes a defined build project.

Question 4

What should I prepare for the first call?

Accepted Answer

Nothing formal. It helps to know which process frustrates you most, which tools you use today and what a good result would look like. We will ask the rest.

Question 5

Do you build custom software or use existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Both. We start from the tools you already have and only build custom software when an existing platform cannot do the job well. The aim is the simplest system that works, not the largest one.

Question 6

Can you work with the CRM we already use?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. We regularly work with platforms such as GoHighLevel and HubSpot, and can integrate others through their APIs. If your current CRM is the problem, we will tell you plainly and explain the options.

Question 7

What kind of AI and automation do you build?

Accepted Answer

Practical automation that removes repeated manual work: routing and qualifying enquiries, follow-up that does not depend on memory, drafting routine replies and documents, and reporting that assembles itself. We keep a person in the loop wherever a mistake would be costly.

Question 8

Do you run marketing as well as build systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We run lead generation and lifecycle campaigns and connect them through to the CRM, so every lead is captured, followed up and measured rather than lost between tools.

Question 9

Can we hire you for consulting only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Some clients only need a clear diagnosis and plan. A discovery sprint gives you a workflow map, a prioritised list of opportunities and a scoped plan you can take forward with us or with your own team.

Question 10

How long does a typical project take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on scope. A discovery sprint usually takes two to three weeks. Build projects are delivered in small releases, so you see working results early instead of waiting for one big launch at the end.

Question 11

How involved does our team need to be?

Accepted Answer

We need access to the people who do the work, one decision maker who can agree priorities, and time to test each release. We keep meetings short and focused on decisions.

Question 12

How will we know how the project is going?

Accepted Answer

You get regular updates against the agreed plan, see each release as it is ready and always have a named contact on our side. If something changes, you hear about it early, with options.

Question 13

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

We review how the system is being used, fix friction your team reports and agree what to improve next. You can continue with an ongoing partnership or run things with your own team.

Question 14

How do you price your work?

Accepted Answer

Discovery sprints have a fixed scope and price. Build projects are estimated from an agreed blueprint, so the price is tied to a clear plan. Ongoing partnerships are a monthly arrangement.

Question 15

Can you give us a price before we talk?

Accepted Answer

Not responsibly. Two projects that sound the same can differ a lot once we see the workflow. A short call is usually enough for us to give you a realistic range.

Question 16

What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

Payment terms are set out in the proposal or agreement for each engagement, so you know exactly what is due and when before any work starts.

Question 17

Who owns what you build?

Accepted Answer

Unless your agreement says otherwise, ownership of the work we create for you passes to you once it has been paid for in full. We also hand over documentation and the access your team needs.

Question 18

How do you handle our data?

Accepted Answer

We only access what the project needs, use secure connections and keep your information confidential. Our Privacy Policy explains how we treat personal information.

Question 19

Will you sign an NDA?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share sensitive details about your business.

Question 20

Do you offer ongoing support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After launch we can support, monitor and improve your systems on a monthly basis, or hand everything over cleanly if you prefer to run it yourselves.
